Partner Bonuses

Hypothesis
We believe that bonuses are a valid incentive for partners to keep up their service quality to avoid costly daily issues.

Validation
After talking to several partners, the idea was welcomed a lot.

Devalidation
The bonus was rarely forwarded to the drivers, hence the bonus programme was scrapped after 6 months.

Situation
Smaller removal companies book new bundled jobs from their mobile-phones during rides and not from a desktop in the back office. As the fixed header element prevented scrolling, it disabled mobile users to inform themselves about the attractive jobs.

Solution
arrange the information in a meaningful way

Outcome
The fix did enable immediate bookings for smaller teams which lead to more satisfaction on the supplier side.

 

UI/UX Debt Audit (exerpt)

Situation
Low focus on the partner app usability due to constant changes, hardly any impact on sales and low user numbers, responsive design that was aimed at desktop first.

Design and UX debt piled up.

Solution
Addressing issues and prioritise them with engineers and partner management based on complexity in terms of data structure or component legacy.

Outcome
Steady increase of software adoption of about 10% after addressing the issues.
